We have developed the latest Light Weight Aluminium Alloy Nipper assemblies for Rieter E7/5A, E7/6, E60 series combers. These Nippers with modified nipper geometry provides full control of the lap at any time even with short staple cotton. These nippers are capable to comb short as well as long staple cotton. These feed roller has been moved closer to the nipping point and a pressure bar has been provided in between the feed roller and nipping point. Because of the above an ideal short nipping distance is obtained. Therefore no valuable long fibre but only the unwanted short fibres are removed during combing. This leads to selective fibre seperation, Lower combing noil and improved sliver quality.
We are converting LR E7/4 combers to E7/5 A type by incorporating these modified E7/5A type Nippers on the machine for achieving 1.5 - 2% noil savings.
We have also developed Castlon Spool and Automatic top comb cleaning system.
